Consultants - Patient Financial Services

The Tintari Group seeks professionals with 5+ years of experience in a hospital functional area such as patient financial services, business office, admitting/registration, scheduling and billing/collections. Specific expertise with patient accounting systems, admitting/ registration systems, and decision support systems is desired.  Candidates should have proven leadership skills and be bottom-line oriented with a keen sense of how to optimize resources to achieve superior results for hospital clients.  Positions require the ability to analyze, evaluate and improve "front-end to "back-end" processes, work with client staff and meet client expectations within defined budgets. Strong project management skills are a plus. Position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and excellent oral and written communication skills. 100% travel may be possible at times. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Chicago and Phoenix metro areas.  Salary and benefits are very competitive.

Director, Business Development

The Tintari Group seeks a business development professional to create, implement, and manage a new sales program.  Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years successful sales experience generating healthcare service business, preferably in the greater Chicago area.  Expert proficiency with computers is required, including Microsoft Office and contact management software.  Knowledge of hospital patient financial services and managed care insurance is helpful.  Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business or a related area. Base salary and benefits are competitive.  A customized commission program will be created to provide performance incentives.
